The Cyclone Tauktae hit Goa on the 16th of March causing heavy rainfall with gusty winds. It felt like the Monsoon weather. The heavy winds were crossing 90km/hr mark and caused severe damage uprooting tress all across Goa.

Electricity was cut off for 3 days with internet lines damaged as well. Roads were blocked and mobility was reduced all across.
The Cyclone Tauktae made its way north towards the Gujrat coast, fortunately no much loss of life occurred.
