Sharon Wang 您好很開心您能觀看我的影片,對於您所說的問題,增加桂園乾方面是沒有影響的,只是桂園乾這兩年貴了點,成本多了點當然給自己及家人吃是沒有問題的,另南瓜增加時您在水量的部分就要特別注意了,因為南瓜蒸煮時會吸收水份,所以和麵時水量就必需減少,應該在350cc左右但至於確切是用多少水我沒有試過所以不能給您答案,但您只要在和麵時分次的加入水去和麵就可以了!以上為個人淺見提供您參考!
