My dad and I have always been HUGE fans of Cyndi, and he recently passed away from brain cancer. On the day he passed. I walked out of the hospice house and just sat in my car...stunned. When I finally turned on the car, the first thing I heard from the radio was “...if you’re lost you can look, and you will find me, time after time. If you fall, I will catch you, I’ll be waiting, time after time.” Thank you, dad. I love you.

Many great memories listening to this timeless song back in the mid 80's. Cyndi Laupers music was a big part of my childhood, and her music is like a fine wine that gets better with time. I appreciate it even more as an adult. She's So Unusual is up there with the all-time greatest pop albums. It's right up there with Thriller, Can't Slow Down, Songs from the Big Chair, Colour By Numbers just to name a few.
