On the industrial planet of Kintyre II, the republic army moved in and uprooted Confederacy aligned leaders and military personnel, installing their own leaders to run the planet.
Due to the planet being a primary source of rare metals and ore used to produce starships and elite battle droids, the Confederacy is not willing to let the planet fall so easily to the Republic.
Only the Ignis Providence-class Carrier was able to breach the blockade, and it is up to them to eliminate all republic ground forces.

Not that it's something Disney would do, but the idea of a Star Wars plot where all the CIS droids get personality constructs based on the most insane violent war criminals (Ignis Company) would be an entertaining watch.
