Brings back the one shot if you’re good enough with the combination but because of the 12 second cool down it not a one shot every 7 seconds lol

@@Tharb05 yeah against tanks maybe but if you are good enough you can make do with a primary fire - hook - primary fire melee

I love putting it at a choke. And then by the time the enemy team comes and sets it I just throw another one instantly

i wasnt sure at first but was open to it because i thought it was genuinely a really good idea. with junkrats trap, he has to just wait for people to walk into it usually. but hog can hook people into his, its great synergy with his kit while also being a useful ability to just chuck when a fights happening. but its also not so weird of an ability that it clashed with roadhogs kit. honestly one of their best reworks

Cyx was correct in that Bap heals more by getting direct hits. It's enough to counteract the damage that whole hog outputs (at least if hog isn't putting his barrel to the enemies face). But idk, IMO there shouldn't be any support combo capable of healing thru whole hog like that without even having to use abilities. You should have to be forced to use LW pull, ana nade, lamp, suzu, etc. if you want a teammate to survive a whole hog when they're pinned in a corner like that. I also don't like how situational whole hog is. Roadhog is ultimately a brawler, but his ultimate pushes enemies away. If anything Mauga's ult would be more fitting for hog IMO. Everyone always says hogs ult is for displacement, but that's bs. 9 times out of 10, players use it to kill someone by pinning them into a wall. It's nice when it's overtime and you need to get the enemy off the point, or you happen to be on an environmental map, but otherwise it's mostly useless for displacement.

@@RealEllenDeGeneres i hear ya, but then again it’s all situational. like road hogs ult is def used for displacement, but i usually use to it to capitalize on a good hook. if i get the tank in a good spot i’m pressing q. but then again, using it to take people off the map is good too

counters dont exist if you are good with roadhog

@@korosensei1325you can break his shield easily with hog, with hogs new healing capabilities the rock doesn’t matter anymore and the suck is cancelled by hogs hook. So yes hog is sigmas direct counter

I think mako is the best because the gun is so small and clean so it doesnt take up a large portion of your screen, and I think it just looks clean overall, makes him look like a real tank

That is literally an impossible situation for any hero. The best meta at the highest level of play is always the strongest heros.

​@@daXstoRM5not really, a couple of the most played tanks in OWL are Winton and Dva, both are good and sometimes pretty strong but they're rarely the BEST heroes

He has never really been a real tank, just a beefy dps without much mobility. And even with the rework, his value can get denied by a lot of heroes. Dva can matrix hooks, LW can pull teammates out, ana can nade him out of self healing, Sig/Rein can shield. And that's not even counting how pro players have good enough movement/positioning to avoid a lot of hooks. So a 70% acc hog in GM would be like a 55% in OWL, then you add in all the "value denial" abilities and your 1-shot combos go from 55% down to like 25%. So now you're basically just a walking ult battery for the enemy team. I'm exaggerating a bit, but you get the idea.

JQ is a bad match up for hog. He should've recognized he was feeding to cyx a lot and leaving his team to get hooked by hog unchecked. Should've swapped to Dva.

As Zarya, I've full beamed an Orisa (not fortified) who was double pocketed and their healthbar didn't even move to the point where I thought I was lagging out and had to just walk away.

Nah, he's really good on JQ. But against Cyx he's a bit outmatched. and on the first game, his team was all on their own mission - no Ana against Cyx is almost a GG in itself.

Funny thing is, wanted hates playing cass nowadays. According to him, he has very little fun when playing dps in general which is why he’s been playing tank so much, which he does find enjoyable
