मेरे कॉलेज में हर साल कन्वाकेशन होता था और उसी मौके पर मुशायरा भी होता था और उस मुशायरे के दो हीरो यानी एक जोड़ी सबसे ऊपर होती थी और यही दोनों शायर मुशायरे को कामयाब करते थे। और बलरामपुर की जनता बड़ी बेसब्री से इन दोनों heros का इंतजार करते थे। और ये शायर थे, प्रोफ़. वसीम बरेलवी और डॉ बशीर बद्र।
