Calculation karoge to Bhai ko bahut mushkil se 8% profit hoga. Dusre ki kamai count karna bahut aasan hota hai. Usme lakri hai, manpower hai aur transportation bhi hai.

@@vikramtalwar1279 8% किसी भी काम में नहीं मिलता है. 5 से 6% मुनाफा बहुत माना जाता है. उस से ज़्यादा मुनाफे वाले की बिजनेस बंद हो जाएगा. इस से ज़्यादा सिर्फ मोनोपोली व्यापार में ही कमा सकते हैं

ye collection center wale hi karsakate hain. kyunki dairy wale aur farmer inko majboori mein milk saste rate per sell karate hain. pure cow milk 20-25 rs approx mein khareedate hain aur pure buffalo milk ye 40-48 rs mein khareedate hain. so not possible for farmer and dairy wala do this directly

Sir 200 litre milk /day and milk price according to owner Rs20= 200x20= Rs4000 and 40 kg khowa per day = 40×150= Rs6000 .To Rs2000 profit hai but plant ko chalane ke liye आग के लिए लकड़ी approx Rs500 to Profit per day ka Sir 1500 rs.

Why not used solar powered boiler? It is wonderful to see such ideas. Why not try for different cheese types (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Emmental, Gouda, Parmigiano - Reggiano, Feta, Brie, Parmesan.)? In Europe, there are different types of cheese are produced that is a huge market.

Well as a dairy technologist i give you a clear picture of Indian cheese industry. 1)We Indians even till now are not used to taste of different cheese like feta have astringent taste.Mostly the cheese available in Indian market made by acid but for a premium quality and flavour rich cheese bacterial culture should be used along with Rennet. 2)Quality is everything,while cheese manufacturing when if there is a little contamination the whole batch will be wasted, if the temperature is not maintained the batch will be spoiled. 3)Skills of cheese making is not at all developed , artisan cheese need specials skills that come with years of experience so skill development is required. But along with all the above constraints the cheese industry is booming in India.

I run a sweet shop and my daily intake for milk is 250L and its Tier 3 city for 3.5 fat i pay 32.5 rupee per litre. Its next to impossible to get for 22 per litre . But this man has proof of concept u can still sell khova at 200 in market and earn profit.

Actually wo banda direct farmer se milk leta hai isliye use itna kam aur cheap rate milta hai. Aksar jan hum shop ya kisi aur jagah milk mangate hai to wo dairy se distributers ke pass aur fir unke pass se hume milta hai to usme rate badh jata hai isliye mr.patil ko jo 22 rs me milk mil raha hai wo sahi hai

Actually , for the 1st 2 years he is at a no profit position , he need wood , plant and labour , and also according to the numbers even 1 of the material cost increases then coping can get harder. Dependence on multiple sources is high here.

@@RohitGuptaa whats negative in it , it's just the true business analysis 🤔, this is how it works man , in business if break even point is not found whats the point of doing it till the end , I just said that for the first 2 years it will be almost none ,and from then on the profits can be seen that's how the world works man.

@@sairohitgupta8756 Have you did it ? How you can say that break even will be in 2 years? In every business there is a break even time which is fine . Share a plan if you have which can prove that break even will be in 2 years for 9 lakh of investment.

See please read the message correctly , I am not saying that this is bad but the break even point might be this that's just ana analysis , I never said this is the worst business or bad , and i agree that every business needs atleast 1 year of break even time( this is an estimate not absolute) so , don't start argue that I my thoughts are wrong . We need not do the business to calculate the basic analysis , we can make assumptions , see there are many improvements that can be done to this set up , 1st is we can make them all work with electricity , we all know that heating coils can be run by electricity , we all know that motors run with electricity , all more over his installation of panels will give extra benifit of shade , and this is just an idea and the business implementations will take a lot of money like here

Wo bhais ka rate hai 50 to 60 wala Ye 22 to 33 ka jo chal raha hai wo Jourcy ka dudh bata rahe hai ...🐄 Desi gaay ka dudh to hamare yaha 60 se 70 rupye ltr hai our ghee ka to 1000 se 1600 per kg rate hai .....

दूध तो इतना सस्ता मिल जाता है लेकिन इतने सस्ते दूध से खोया नहीं निकलता हुआ भैंस के दूध से निकलता है जिसमें कम से कम आठ परसेंट फैट हो तभी प्रॉफिटेबल है और खोवा ₹450 प्रति किलो से कम में नहीं मिलेगा आपको अगर असली दूध का बना है तो यह सब नकली बना रहे हैं 250 का दूध 50 का ईंधन 50 का लेबर +मशीन चार्ज 50 प्रॉफिट जोड़ लो.....
