As much as I liked the image of Cody rendered helpless and forced to watch his mentor be destroyed, the "take me instead" yelling just made me laugh and say "oh Cody you ham"

Its just typical Cody stuff. This is how he lost the AEW crowd. After a while it becomes too much. I miss heal Cody.

@@kimchi2780 I mean this is nowhere near the level of his "I solved racism" speech in AEW which made all but the markiest of marks barf, it was off mic and people will focus more on the Orton beatdown. It was more than anything an odd choice if phrase, it's more what someone sacrificing themselves in a monster movie says not during a beatdown.

What do you think Blair Davenports future in WWE will be like. The fact that she's already 0-2 on Smackdown has me fearing that she's just going to be a jobber. I think that would be a big mistake for someone as young and talented as Blair.

She'll get her time. Most people have no idea who she is yet so I wouldn't expect her to dominate right away. She would get no reaction if she started winning now. I would be more worried if she wasn't on TV at all.
