ACP, DGP എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ സാധാരണക്കാരനായ എനിക്ക് ഒന്നും മനസ്സിലായില്ല. സിവിൽ എന്ജിനീറിങ് കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവും. വീട് അടിപൊളിയാണ്.

ആശയം വളരെ മനോഹരം വീട് ചെയ്തതു നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ ഇതിന്റെ റേറ്റിനെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രതിപാദിച്ചില്ല തീർച്ചയായും എത്ര രൂപ വീടിന് ചെലവ് വരും എത്ര സ്ക്വയർഫീറ്റിന് എത്ര രൂപ വരും എന്നുള്ളത് വ്യക്തമാക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു

Nice house. Very functional except no common washroom. Minor cosmetic changes for me would be to take down the busy wall paper off the living room walls and oh dear, the hideous wall paper in the dinning room. Makes the room look too busy and they are so mismatched in living and dinning room. Also, take down the partition and make the living and dinning rooms an open concept. It will look bigger. Love the kitchen and maybe some more cupboards above counter for extra storage. That’s personally the changes I would make. Free suggestions.😊

what about the safety aspect during rainy season from lightening and fire. PVC ceiling is not fire proof and can be dangerous. please take precautionary measurers w.r.t. this points.
