For Rice: 1 cup rice (basmati) soaked for 30 min, 90% boiled
For Khichdi:
1tbsp - Ghee
1tsp - Cumin
1/2tbsp - Ginger Paste
1tbsp - Garlic Paste
1tbsp - Chopped green chilli
1 - Onion (big) (sliced)
2 - Dry red chilli
1 - Tomato (chopped)
Salt as per taste
1/2tbsp - Red chilli powder
1/2tsp - Turmeric
1tbsp - Cumin coriander powder
1tsp - Garam masala
( water as required)
Boiled dal
Boiled rice
1tsp - Amchur Powder
2tsp - Kasoori methi
Lemon juice
Coriander (finely chopped)
For Tadka:
2tbsp - Ghee
7-8 - Garlic cloves
2 - Dry Red Chilli
1/4tsp - Hing
1tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2tbsp - Fried Onion
Coriander (finely chopped)
Dahi tikhari:
For curd
350Gm - Dahi
Salt as per test
2tbsp - Coriander finally chopped
For masala
4tbsp - Oil
1/2tsp - rai
1/2tsp - cumin
1/4tsp - hing
7 to 8- curry leaves
3tbsp - Garlic chopped
1 - Onion finally chopped
2tsp Red chilli powder
2tsp cumin coriander powder
2 - Dry red chilli
