Rudys Herrera Yo creo que las técnicas mejor deberías aprenderlas en un dojo donde enseñen todo esto, es mucho mejor a verlo en un simple video en el cual solo harás lo que crees correcto y nadie estará ahí para corregirte

Alors, j'ai fait mon premier entrainement et c'était super. J'ai bien aimé. Moi qui croyait être capable de me défendre devant n'importe qui, je me suis rendu compte à quel point j'étais faible. J'ai beaucoup à apprendre et mon corps râle déjà après le premier cours
