some are fully underground, but most of them includes overground sections. Not to mention, they have interruning service with another line like Tokyu Toyoko

I wonder how Tokyo had technology like this in the 70s, where as in the US, trains didn't even have air conditioning. It's very bizarre.

4:18 A little bit resemblance to the Philippine's LRT 1 (Yellow line color), and LRT 2 (Orange line color), but their Japanese train counterpart is much longer in length. Why is that so? Japan, thru its JICA, gave technical assistance to the Philippines in the building and development of the train system. I don't know what is the name of the Line (that one in Yellow and Orange color)? Of course the red one is the Marunouchi Line. By the way, the name "Ochanomizu" station reminds me of a long-nose scientist who takes care of "ATOM" in the Astroboy series.

0:53 : j'ai cru que le conducteur disait "los !" (qui était l'ordre de tir de torpilles dans les U-Boot). Après tout, pourquoi pas ? 0:53 : I thought that the driver was saying "los!" (which was the order of shooting torpedoes in the U-Boot). After all, why not ?

That's GTO-chopper sound, not inverter sound. It's very unique system using separately-excited DC motor, emits sound like violin at accelerating or regenerative braking.
