Be grateful to all delivery guy. They are stuck between you and the food outlet. Do remember their duty is to deliver the food to you not settle anything with you and the food outlet. Regarding the packaging or missing items. Please settle using the app between you and the food outlet. Food delivery guy wish to deliver as many trip as possible.and as fast as possible. So please don't keep on blaming the delivery guy. Unless they drop your food or forget your food. Thank you.
我遇过的是FP的订单明明显示on the way for delivery,然后过了几分钟后,我的order竟然显示“received”-被签收了(?)。过后马上report给FP客服要求重新跟店家下订单,客服叫我等30分钟里面会有客服打电话过来通知,然后一直等不到电话,还跟另一个客服重新成述了整个过程,结果那个客服直接要求refund给我,然后我饿着肚子等了一个小时等不到回复,follow up后客服却回复只能refund。那时已经晚上9点多了 很多店都已经关店了,饿着肚子却等到这样的回复。想reorder也太晚了。当下真的很不满FP的服务
