My interpretation: - Since this album is titled "Expectation" and im basing off the translations that was provided that gave a brief summary of the songs: what i think is that Lost + Ordinary Days are kind of him reflecting on the days where he was still with her and how it felt like the relationship became a part of his everyday life - and since they're no longer together, he feels "Lost". - As for the rest of the songs, I think it highlights the more positive things he experienced in said relationship: the joy (Wonder) (the View) and the days where they would talk about the future (I Do) before they realized they no longer walk down the same path. - The scene used in "I Do" here, I think it's a scene where they realize they just no longer fit "as one" but more as "two". - "Somebody" is basically him moving on from the past relationship, taking the positive from it and looking forward to the next person who will accept for who he is Loved your reaction btw!!!! The way he sings I love you-ooh-ooh… his voice in the whole album is magic… very very rare gift to be able to make listeners feel so many different emotions. He just sounds so beautiful and sincere.. and the video is stunning, really glad they took this mature styling and concept for him. Exo are men! Men! always pushing the concepts of what an idol is… cannot wait for everything else woooohhhh

i'm not sure either but i think it has to do with expectations in all forms--hence the album title! like all the expectations that come with falling in love and relationships, the song descriptions kept mentioning "expectations" in various ways! I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEPT 18th!!! AHHHH

There's an article that says he walks on the usual streets they used to walk, reminiscing about his deceased ex-lover. IT'S VERY SAD. Their chemistry was really strong. So, my interpretation of the "I do" scene is that he expected to marry her, but it didn't happen due to circumstances (perhaps the woman was sick), yeah, in line with the album's concept of "expectation." This album is very soulful i madly in love

at the "I Do" I think she looks bored, D.O. looks kinda sad and upset. lyrics were "with smile will you say I do I do". she didn't smile maybe she didn't say I do. this is their end of their relationship and the all the story and at the end D.O. is walking and smiling alone.

My thoughts of this overall it's a sad story.. D.O and his songs are the whole story of his relationship the whole journey it is maybe the girl is sick then eventually she dies.. then D.O reminiscing his past with here and then the seen I do that was the time they knew she was sick and dying maybe but still D.O wants to marry him..😭😭😭😭😭

I think the I do scene is supposed to show them realizing they don’t really have a future together anymore and him probably thinking about what could have been (the I do mv). That's why there’s a contradiction between the song and the scene

To me in the beginning when the girl moves her hand away from his sets the tone. He's in love, they have memories together, but they didn't make it and in the end he's moving on. The scene in the rain for I Do to me looks like he wants to propose. He's thinking about it, hoping she'll say yes when he asks her, but her face is not open. It looks like she moves her body slightly away from him there 😿 When I first watched it I was crying and yelling at the girl for not holding his hand 😒🤬
