Hi Darín this is Amal from NYC... I was watching your interview on KZfaq and I love your spirit... Darín My son when he was twenty years old he got cancer in one gland in his hip I went crazy at that time. As his uncle was a doctor in the AUH in Beirut I asked him if he could send the X-rays and all tests to America because the doctors were talking about amputation of the whole leg ... that was the decision of the doctor " Ibrahim Kridye"ابراهيم كريدية ... So we sent the all the tests and radiographs to MD ANDERSON in Texas and after a month they answered us that "there will be no AMPUTATION but it will be a big surgery... we went to Texas they said that will take a month it took us sin months but thanks God there were no amputation... till now he has his leg... your parents should have had asked for another opinion... never take for granted what doctors say always consult another opinion... Sorry for your loss... but you and a beautiful human being ❤
