в спокойном состоянии круто да, а агрессии вы не сдвинете даже руку противника, кот душить вас будет, видимо человек который учит этому никогда не дрался на улице ну или на ринге хотя бы

Ecellent moves, Druzia! What I miss is speed, especially at Close Quiarter Combat, THERE IS NO TIME LEFT to make those otherwise Excellent and SEEMINGLY efficient movements!!! With more than 35 year of training behind, I would only recommend YOU to REALIZE, WHO is your SPECTATOR, or VISITOR of the Website!!! Seasoned instructors Do employ those slow movements, to EMPHASIZE the Detaisl. Teaching Beginners, or even Intermediates, ususally of common people of no military or police connections, but willing to survive!!! Please, Before you present such SOLUTIONS, otherwise good and efficient, but only for ADVANCED !!!!, be sure to warne them of the RISKS!!! My personal recommendation: Make a system of o Levels, that strictly emphasize: Beginners - can never go that close thto their enemy. The farther the better. Intermediate -they already hav e the option to stay far or at Medium distance, Advanced - they can afford to stay as close to the Attacker as seen in the video. Consequently, your videos are only for Advanced students!!! Best regards. Paul or Pavel, as You like!

С ведром плинтуса на полу мыть ,хорошоноги с задней поверхномти укрепляются и коленные суставы , раскатываются ,не нахожу заминки после этого ,разве что к шведской стенке на поперечный и продольный шпагат ,помогая себе в равновесии.Нижний уровеньь не дается.
