pretty sure 28:46 is eyes closed (d-sturb remix), it would make more sense than a mashup with an unknown track + the vocals and breakdown sound different

Cause the set was actually not that great live. Way too many fake drops and remixes of remixes with random kickrolls from other songs. I was honestly disappointed after that set.
