We rate albums out of 10. Any album that scores 8 or higher gets a Toe Tag. If an album gets Two Toe Tags then it gets added to the list in the link above. We do not review EP's but we may cover them in our New Release videos should they come up.
In regards to our Reaction videos:
As many of you know KZfaq can be an unpredictable and often unfair place when it comes to copyright rules and their enforcement. If our video ends up getting cut due to copyright reasons it will be labeled in the title as a Review rather than a Reaction. The music video portion of the video will be cut out and you will only see our before and after thoughts. Unfortunately this is the best we can do under those circumstances and we would appreciate a Like rating on our videos to help us overcome any negative algorithmic affects.

Thanks for reviewing Ascension! Really appreciate it. P.S. - That moment in Dean's solo isn't an edit. What you're hearing is that one of his guitars hits a high note then slides from high to low. His solo is like 5 guitars. Great ear though!

Sooo ready for this album. I've been jamming The Hinderers and The Concealers a lot lately because of the last three singles (You guys missed No Rest, No End).

that opening riff with the leads in the back is so sick. They released a bunch on singles on spotify recently as well, but this might be the best one. Def hyped for the album

Definitely looking forward to this album, the singles have been amazing. I first heard about them over on TanktheTech's channel where he said it's his most anticipated album and I figured for someone who's recently said he's gotten a little burned out on metal, it must be something special and it absolutely is. Another song I've been listening to a lot since it came out is Architect of Creation by Seven Spires, off their new album coming out June 21. They have sort of a Kamelot-esque sound but with a blackened edge that shows up sometimes, and it's very present on this song. The instrumentation is awesome and the vocalist is a powerhouse. I highly recommend them if you have a chance to check them out.
