I think All-in in 9:15 is pretty dumb. Usually poeple will just fold because it will feel obvious there is a high chance of having Ace so no idea why he didnt fold even thoguh I understand his reason but I dont think that is a good enough reason to risk it
In Texas Hold'em poker, when players are all-in before the river card is dealt, they may sometimes negotiate to "run it twice" or "run it once." This is more common in private or home games, and not all casinos or poker rooms allow it. Running it twice means that the remaining community cards (turn and river) will be dealt twice, and the pot will be split into two halves. Each half of the pot is then awarded to the winner of each separate run. This is done to reduce the variance and give each player a chance to win a portion of the pot. When a player says "1 time or 2 times," they are essentially asking if they want to run the remaining cards once or twice. It's a way to mitigate the impact of luck in a single hand, as running it twice can result in a more equitable distribution of the pot between the players involved in the showdown. Keep in mind that this practice might not be allowed in all poker games or venues, and house rules vary. Always check with the specific rules of the poker room or game you are playing in.
