Love this house especially the entrance you make the same design from the outside with 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each a washing machine room and connected balcony with both rooms

What is the land size area for all 3 town houses - i know you put 160sq meter but i am curious as to meter by meter how much. i have a 9.5 meter x 22 meter (31 feet x 71 feet) land size and i am wondering if it can build all 3

I lived in a small townhouse and you have yo have a bathroom downstairs at least a toilet and also the was another bathroom upstairs but since theres 3 bedrooms should at least have 2 bathrooms upstairs ? And whats a utility room is that for whasher and dryer ?
