To the person who gave a thumbs down....thanks for making an already horrible day worse, we said our final goodbye to my uncle this morning who died unexpectedly and then i came home with a small glimmer of hope bc these dolls arrived only to find them in this condition. Think twice before you leave a thumbs down - you dont know what that person is going through and your petty negativity needs to be spread elsewhere 😡😡😡

I'm sorry that your box came broken. But you can see this experience as an uportunity to do whatever you want. You can put the dolls into an acrilic case and create your own diorama. Maybe, you can put a castle background and create a new version of the Sleeping Beauty dance from the last scene of the movie. You can even enligthen the set with a cold led light. Trust me, it would look great. So don't be upset. The dolls are beautiful, and you can make wonderful things with them. Greetings!

That's just so awful... hope you can get another set somehow. I buy many old MIB Jurassic Park toys but since many sellers don't ship overseas I have them delivered to a friend in US and she collects, packs and ships several items at a time overseas to Europe (really rare and expensive stuff).This is my biggest nightmare collecting. Also started collecting some of the Disney Dolls from Aladdin... and Moana. Keep up the great videos really enjoy them! 🧡 take care

Oh my gosh that’s so horrible! I had something similar happen to my Frozen Fever Elsa. Box came beat up and the plastic on the top was punctured like a knife punched a hole at the top. I had to go back and forth with Disney customer service over the phone and their facebook page gave me a discount. I had to buy a box online from an eBay listing and transferred Elsa to the new box. She looks great now.

Oh bummer - sorry the box got ruined like that! It’s completely unacceptable, I hope they gave you some sort of compensation as I believe it’s the packaging that makes the whole thing look beautiful, especially with Disney Collector dolls! But the dolls look beautiful! On a separate note, my heart goes out to you and your family for the loss of your uncle - I know the feeling unfortunately so I empathise with what you’re all going through. Take it one day at a time.

Im so so sorry . Usps sucks . I bought some tinkerbell figurines online from different people and every thing came broken . I was so mad . They dont even care . Im so sorry for your loss . God bless you my friend

Oh no! That’s so frustrating, especially for dolls like that! I’ve had this happen with Funko pops I’ve ordered and I keep contacting them until I get a refund or a replacement. The dolls are beautiful though!

Its too bad about the box was damaged. Aurora however; is very lovely and her face is just beautiful.

I feel so bad for you, but at lease you got the Disney D23 Dolls. They look amazing it of the box. But it seems they just look like the Disney Store Classic dolls with better outfits. Hope you get your money back. 😉😉😉

Oh man it hurts seeing aurora and phillip like that. Sorry that it happened to you 😔, UPS should of had consideration on there delivery as the customer is paying so much. Also I get what you mean about the sleeve of the box, I have the set I just hate it because somehow they easily rip I had to take with me in my luggage all the way to London and the corner ripped a bit. I wished disney changed it. On the plus note it's great to see aurora out of the box I just loved her dress😍🤩!!!
