Snack stuffies: Stitch was pineapple upside down cake. Probably because Hawai'i, pineapple. Pooh looked like maybe a honey bun? That's my theory at least.

The first vintage sweater is on a Disney character fashions tag which would date it around the late 80s/ early 90s! You can tell their age by the tags in the collar 😊

My grandfather was one of the people who built the Gulfstream 1 planes at Grumman in NY, including this one sold to Walt, and it was very, very cool to see this plane at D23 Expo last weekend.

I got to see the Walt Disney plane in 2021 when I was on vacation at WDW. Well, I took a side trip to the Reedy Creek wastewater treatment plant because I work in the industry and they use my companies equipment. They had the plane stored on the land at the WWTP. It was such a cool thing to learn that that's where it went after the backlot tour. They told me then it was scheduled to move to be refurbished for D23.

Thanks for nerding out on the plane stuff. My dad worked for Continental Airlines for a decade, and designed and built a couple of custom private jets. He would have been right there with you. He passed 23 years ago when I was 16.

Hey Tim - the movie shown at Walt’s plane exhibit is the 1972 comedy, “Now You See Him, Now You Don’t”, starring Kurt Russell and Joe Flynn. I recently reviewed this film on my KZfaq channel “The Disney Scrapbook”. The plane is used when Dean Higgins flies off to a golf tournament! Love your unique angle to covering the D23 Expo👍

the symbol you saw on the star wars stuff is for ashoka it hers symbol she used as her "fulrum" rebel informant identity during the time of the empire when she provided information to the rebel alliance cells

It is absolutely important that I attend D23 in my lifetime! Watched the live stream over the weekend on KZfaq and ever since they announced they were bringing back Happily Ever After, I nearly screamed! But I couldn't....not in my hotel room at the time lol. I've seen the previews for Willow and I'm so excited. It's my favourite movie - and when I heard they were doing this, I wasn't happy. I think it ended happily ever after, I loved the ending and it didn't need anything. But seeing how excited Warwick is to do this got me really looking forward to it.
