What about other houses in the resulting step 3? :) For instance, if this sign ultimately falls into the 12th house of D1? In my chart it has aspects of Sat. and Jup., and it` lord is my AK (retro and exalted) Venus. :) Does it mean there`s a high chance of me marrying a foreigner, or maybe I need to go to a different country in order to meet the right person? :) Or does it mean smth else?

As per the 2nd example,the natives luck after marriage should have fallen because Saturn is debilitated in Aries and more so in D1 it is aspecting the 9th house of Aries with its 3rd aspect.

Madam Ji. You have to see the same house 7th house, 7th lord, Jupiter, Venus for 1st marriage, 2nd marriage and so on....!! There is No rocket science and no special concept and yoga is there for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th marriage and so on...!! As per Parashar Rishi the person has to face the same prarabdh karma which she/he had faced in his/her first marriage....!! The only thing the 2nd or 3rd marriage works out because both the person wanted to work out....!!
