Using the MB crusher bucket to crush concrete, asphalt, paving stones, cinder blocks, and bricks. Powering the crusher bucket is our New Holland C327 skidsteer. The bucket is a MB-L120. Facebook Page: WildcatwillyKZfaq/

Good video, I’ve got the mb-L160 crusher and there is basically no guidance on how to use online, I’m sure you’re a pro by now. One word of caution, that adjustment nut on the backside that faces the operator needs to be treated like a loaded gun. The newer models have a safety guard over it but mine didn’t, the adjustment bolt broke one time and shot straight through my window, luckily it didn’t hurt me badly. I’ve built a guard for it since.

You can't put just A single rock in the crusher, the rocks below need weight of the rocks above to push them down into the crusher.
@oscargrouch17567 ай бұрын
You have to put more than 1 piece so it gives a little pressure and will not bounce it will crush the rocks even big ones just put a 1/2 load or more it will run much better and faster

I have mine on a bobcat T770, it’s high flow, makes 20 ton/hr on concrete blocks set at 1 1/2 inch, super love it, high flow hits hard enough it won’t lock up and smoke the belts. Works way better with high flow

@@wildcatwilly I bought mine new, never had a moments trouble, I use the Schaefer grease, every four hours, they said I could turn the plates upside down when they got wore, but after 10,000 tons of concrete blocks through it I’m still at 80 percent on plates, its already wore out 2 skid steers.

i'd like to see it with a bucket full of those rocks, i think the additional weight would keep the rocks closer to the jaws also keep them from bouncing so much.

That is a good thought... I plan to work up concrete and bricks with it.

1 shovel full of wet dirt and that thing is done for, asphalt will hog it up also when it’s hot out and the asphalt is fresh, best to do asphalt when it’s brutal cold outside, works perfectly then.

That makes perfect sense.

I think you can tip it forward and scoop up the material you want to crush. I think it would go faster and alot less strenuous

True but if there is dirt or mud it can clog the Jaws. It is not a perfect system.

Pretty cool machine! What is your plan for it? It seems like a fairly slow and labor intensive way to make gravel. Even if you can do as much as 7 tons per hour it seems like you are going backwards from a financial standpoint. Thanks for sharing this. I didn’t know such a device existed!

We bought a large industrial property. And it has mountains of concrete bricks cinder blocks and things like that. So they need properly cleaned up. We love running heavy equipment so it was a no brainer.

I still have it and have made about 30 tons of gravel when you need it you really need it... But to make it efficient you really need a conveyor to take the crushed Stone away and you need to feed it with a small excavator or something you can not work with mud it will plug
@garyrickelton77962 жыл бұрын
You need to learn how to use it properly instead of how not to use it. Anyone can crush tarmac. Crushing boulders you need to have more than one in at any time, that’ll avoid trying to spit it out.

@@wildcatwilly I am all about safety, and there were parts of this video that displayed a lack of attention, that is why I responded in the manner I did. It was a concern rather than criticism; you can decipher for yourself which. Those crushers can send material flying out like blowgun darts, as you said; you really don't want to catch one of them in the face. I hope you accomplish your goals with the machine; just be careful. Make sure you aren't placing material too large for its rated capacity or that which is not crushable by way of its density, for example, that large stone that bounced around and almost came shooting out like a cannonball. The machines I've worked around were tracked and completely different from a bucket version. It isn't a reasonable comparison; the only constant remains the awareness of safety guidelines and where you are in relation to the feeder when your screening/picking for metal objects that can potentially damage the machine. Look into the Krokodile from Komplet; pretty unique in that it can crush both concrete and metal. Cheers✌🏽

It seems to me you made a snap judgment... My channel is highly safety conscious. The entire point of the video was to see what the crusher could do. It seems to me that you are an armchair quarterback.

Why only run machine at 3/4 throttle...why pick everything up by hand instead of tilting bucket and using the skidsteer as it was designed....why make such a long video could have easily been a lot shorter.... Why try putting larger items than the opening ???????
