I dont normally comment butta you're talking about my family lineage here. The Chue people still lives on till this day. Anyways the story I heard about my great great great...grandfather Vaj Tswb Tshoj was way different and he was No ordinary man.

I don't need to consult a historian b/c I am already an applied (practical) educational researcher on Hmong religious beliefs and spiritual practices. I know who Yuepheng is,his educational background, done research used his book store, Hmong Cultural Center in St Paul, Hmong Archive, Center for Hmong Studies at Concordia University also located in St Paul, interviewed over 10K Hmong thawj lwm tub ncig, txiv neebs, etc., in CA., MN, WIC, and around other U.S. cities and states that have a large number of Hmong populations. I would like to take this "opportunity" to thank "Hmong Bedtime Stories" that I have listened to 99 percent of your stories. They add and give tremendous information as well as explain certain things that I was unable to connect in my applied doctoral research studies on the Hmong. Brother your story is mostly accurate according to most who tell this storie. We will never know the truth of what really happened. Though I will not debate with others on what they believe, think, or hear. I know for a fact that The Chue Family from US, Vietnam, Laos and China have two different “Xwm Kab”. This lead to this story ntawm TSWB TSHOJ. Long story short the reasons for why there is Two different Xwm Kab is because muaj niam Hmoob tub thiab niam Suav tub.
