Jin is super shy in person. He turns a real red when all eyes are on him when he's not on stage or 'being an idol'. It's kinda funny. Behind the scenes he's one of the team leaders. RM had a super hard time after Jin went in the military.

He learned to play the piano for this song. He learned to play the guitar for the Wings Concert so they could sing acoustic songs. Jin learned to sing after he signed with Big Hit. Jin has always been able to learn to perform on stage. His kryptonite is dancing but he says he just moves smoothly and it looks like dancing. lol This live performance the rain stops then goes back up as he goes back in time.

One of the many things I love most about BTS is that not only do they manage to be an incredible group but they also let each member shine on their own too. Not every group could pull off having each member do a solo performance on a world tour, but with BTS they absolutely can. I just love all 7 members of BTS so much, as a group and as soloists.

I'm so happy for the Korean ARMYs that get to meet Jin and get an actual hug or handshake from him on June 13. He's scheduled a 3 hr private in person meet and greet then a 1 hour online hosting on BTS' 11th anniversary. Just like he promised he's meeting ARMYs as soon as he leaves the military, about one day after he gets out of the military, actually. The announcement noted it was at his request.

Today Jin posted in Instagram just one word.... D-10!!! YES... the countdown for the Astronaut's re-entry has officially BEGUN!!! YES!!!!.... I'm watching In the SOOP Season 2 and saw this pop up. It was so much fun watching them just play and relax together. Other trips they tried so hard to do things and in Season 2 it was more relaxing. Jin played video games a lot and he's so cute... and he did some cooking that he wanted to do. He talked about how this is how he usually spends his down time. I feel a little bad that FESTA is just as Jin is leaving the military... plus just the other day he rushed from camp to go check on his sick dad who had a fever. Luckily it wasn't serious and he went back to camp so he could finish out his last days. Let's pray that his dad continues to recover well. And as much as I miss him I want him to go have a real rest for a bit. I am so VERY tempted to go for FESTA but I'd have to rush renewing my passport and it's all just for one day. I'm just going to do the live stream and keep saving my pennies for next year. My nephew lives in Korea near everything. so at least I can see them too.

For me, Jin is an example of what can happen if you give undiscovered talents an opportunity to develop and then work hard at honing them so they become exceptional. His vocals are just that and ditto for his dancing skills - I watched a video where he danced alongside J-Hope and oh man, my man can dance! He is my bias. I love all of them- I am OT7, but I absolutely adore Jin. He is beautiful inside and out and his personality is complex - paradoxical and complimentary- he is at times funny, smart, patient, goofy, savage, sweet, shy, confident, clever, witty, introverted, silly, serious, caring ….I could go on. Jin is known for having some heartfelt lyrics and for me, they resonate with the things he says to us and to his members - the man is honest, unapologetic, emotionally intelligent and often hilarious - a very worthy role model. All the members has their own individual colour mike and ear piece with crystals. They are the first to do that.

Jin was determined to learn this on the piano to accompany himself. He can also play the guitar well enough to accompany the others. I love the lines, 'I'm the one I should love, Shining me precious soul of mine'. Jin is essentially an introvert but he won't let people walk over him. He doesn't want a haircut, he tells the staff it isn't going to happen. He wants purple hair? He dyes it himself. He wanted a special piano for this, he got it. He also loves doing special things during encores for ARMYs. Can't wait for him to be back on June 12 and then he's doing a fan meet followed by an online fan event on their debut anniversary on June 13th. When you consider that this man was chosen purely on his looks then worked his socks off to be an amazing dancer and even more amazing singer. Such a legend.

He is the most special person. He loves ARMY so much that he is GIVING out polite hugs or handshakes on the 13th for some lucky ARMY who will be chosen by a lottery. This is for the BTS Festa event. The other thing you should know, though the others often describe Jin as being an angel he can silence RM with a look and a raised finger. When Vs antics in a convertible had him leaning so far out of the car he was in danger of falling the next shot showed Jin with a firm hold of the back of his hair holding him safely in position like a naughty puppy. I had no problem seeing him as a leader and instructor of recruits in the army.

Because Jin wanted to be an actor and had already started studying it at university when he was recruited by BigHit, he brought with him stage confidence. The ability to command the camera and connect with an audience. And of course, that face. But he worked unimaginably hard on his singing and dancing, and to say it paid off doesn't begin to explain it.

He is so amazing. He has that face and that voice, but his heart is the most beautiful thing about him. He's a completely good person and a sweet, pure soul. I cannot wait for his return and I hope his solo album drops soon.

It's always brings a tear to my eye when I hear Epiphany.

He’s played piano and acoustic guitar on stage. The guitar is hilarious he’s an average player but when Chris Martin of Coldplay gifted him one of his guitars he acted like he had no idea how to play so Chris would show him and Suga called him out on it in Korean (hilarious moment). He’s got amazing stage presence. Plus he really holds everyone together so he steady oldest brother.

Don't know if anyone else has said, so apologies. But since Jin was studying acting, he was a bit more ready for the attention, at least in interviews. He didn't have the musical history of the others, but he would be "extra" in interviews to deflect attention from the members who weren't ready to deal with it. WWH is part of that, part of him making others happy with in turn makes him happy. On a side note, of all the members, Jin is the one who treats us all like his younger siblings. He loves us,and will do embarrassing things cause he knows it will make us smile, but he doesn't let us get away with anything. Also, HAPPY FESTA!! (JIC, Festa is the celebration of their debut. Since Jin's about to be released you REALLY REALLY REALLY need to do his live performance AND the MV of The Astronaut... Jin's last solo piece and love song to ARMY. The live performance with Coldplay is special. He wasn't perfect because he flew all the way to Argentina to do it and didn't have a real rehearsal... but it is beautiful and I cried. The first one is a 3 hour long meet and greet where he wishes to hug 1000 armys but if some feel uncomfortable they can shake hands instead 🤧 and then the second session 3000 more armys will join and he will be performing something he prepared! JEALOUSY IS A DISEASE AND I HAVE IT 😭 That second session will be broadcasted for armys that have a membership and bought any physical album during BTS' chaper 2. I'm glad there're armys that are going to live stream that illegally as always lol. (Weverse probably did that this time bc if it's free for everyone, then that live and the app would immediately fall bc there's so many people waiting for that Jin land also maybe to avoid the boycotters)
