I think you mean the Art style not the animation, and yeah it was really perfect for One Piece. I also didn't like they way they added unnecessary explosions and auras in the fights. It kinda made it feel more like Dragon Ball than One Piece.

I don't think that its a right approach to start one piece from wano. The animation can only hook you for few days only. The only thing that make a show intresting and give u a reason to watch is its story which no one will understand if they start from wana. Instead they can do: Air from the very first episodes (i know it would take some time to setup its story) but once its story gets its pace the show would definitely boost up instead of getting a down fall

In my opinion Luffy voice - adjustable (like we can manage because the voice sounds childish) Zoro voice - Best Chopper voice - can't be better Brook voice - nice Robin - good Sanji - voice artist need to add emotions Nami - worst among all Franky - not good Ussop - adjustable ( because it sounds like original Japanese version)
