1996 was a great year for Toku/Anime and Dagwon is my all time favorite Yuusha series.

I see a LOT of inspirations from the other Brave Series. Drill Max, Volfogg/Shadowmaru, FuRyu, Fighbird... AND THEN SAILOR MOON OUT OF NOWHERE.

Toei can't sue other shows for using that concept, since those kind of shows are very common in Japan

Actually well aware of that, considering GaoGaiGar was the LAST in the series after all (well, Baan Gaan would have been later, but then Baan Gaan was never released) In those two's case, it was more this going on to inspire those two (well, Shadowmaru was more for inspiring Volfogg, but you know.)

That would be Lian, and yes, he is awesome! one of my favorites from Dagwon, and that's saying alot since I dont like most of the mechs in Dagwon.
