Aside from that Japanese Gouken player (Lingo?) who visited NLBC, I'm pretty sure Sanford's Oni lost to all the international talent he encountered - Daigo, Gamerbee, MOV, Bonchan, Pepeday, Infiltration, Dakou, Mago, Xian.... He was too used to throwing away games with weak training partners and apart from a few people, NY just didn't have good enough players for him to level up with.

it's always been like that since the release of SFII Arcade. It is the one reason Capcom imo should not make projectiles charge moves and all should be hcf this way here there can be no one sided spam.

Sanford just acting like a scrub. If it's in the game and it works, who cares how many times you use it. If your opponent can't deal with it, that's their fault. Theirs mind games in the fireball war. Sanford just never knew how to play them.
