Bhai Biryani khana hi hai toh Kolkata, Hyderabad, Dindigul, Kerala ya phir Lucknow jao. This shit in doesn't even qualify as Biryani, first used pressure cooker (cooked using absorption method) aur upar se itna ganda, no hygiene. Heck, even Bombay Biryani is better.

Absolutely true. From the iconic Hyderabadi Biryani to Ambur Biryani, Dindigul Biryani, Donne Biryani, Bhatkal Biryani, Thalassery Biryani and Malabar Biryani, South India is a heaven for Biryani. North India is good for Pulao only. In North India (especially in Punjab) people make Pulao and call it Biryani, only to fool the people.
