Daily Commute to work on the BMW R Nine T

3 жыл бұрынSo, this is actually a video I took last year (2020) during the pandemic. One of the few joys was riding the bike to work- and this is just "a from home to work" video that shows my route.
The snow if slowly melting away and I´m really looking forward to riding again.
Stay tuned for more videos this year. We´ve planned a motorcycle trip to the northern parts of Norway this year and several outdoor adventures.
Let me know if you would like the videos made differently. I´ve been considering narrating some of my videos going forward.

The weather in Norway is still not optimal for riding conditions as it is quite cold, but hoping for the best very soon. Have a great ride!

I had to know where this is... I was thinking this has to be a warm climate because the roads seem so smooth. Surprised to see you're in Norway... got the location from the road signs. You would definitely experience much worse roads in Chicago. Enjoyed the video... ya, softer music please.

Where did you get those little caps from, to cover the original mirror sockets?

Hi! These I bought from eBay- cheap and a nice cosmetic correction of the exposed sockets. Just search for mirror socket covers for the BMW R9T and you’ll find them👍🏼

Hi Claudio! These are the "Rizoma reverse retro universal mirror". In addtion you will need to buy bar-end adaptors. I bought mine from Rizoma too. The people at #motovationusa have a great website and are helpful in any questions. Hope this answers your question. Have a great day!

Hei i Danmark! Dessverre er de like dyre her i Norge. Inngangsprisen ligger på litt over 200k nok, som med valutakurs tilsvarer nesten det samme som i Danmark. Vi skulle ha bodd i USA eller lignende🤣

Hi, these are from Rizoma. They´re not the best mirrors in regard to functionality, but given their size they function fairly good. Hope that helps!

Hi Jaime! I always warm up the engine and to a check of brakes, lights, wheels etc before riding. For the purpose of the video this was done beforehand. Hope that answers you question. Have a great day!

Good to see a commuting video, but hope you don't mind, the music has to be better and don't run it for the entire 22.5 mins of video. Hearing the R9T's engine note is awesome but the endless repetitive music track spoilt it. Apart from that, keep on keeping on :)
