I don't use Dehya, not planning to use her anytime soon, and I'm quite familiar with her drawbacks. That said, I'm genuinely curious, if she was just given bigger damage % multipliers while nothing else in her kit is changed, would she be a better DPS?

Oh boy... maybe. Probably not. If her burst was an "install burst" (like Raidens) that would probably be way better than just a dmg buff. That would probably make her proc Yelan/Xingqiu buffing her significantly.

I mean, she would be "better" than she is ofc, but her kit is still extremely limited (low pyro application, low numbers, restricted AoE, awful burst), so she would probably still be on the lower end of the spectrum
