I got to feel tired more easily (^^*)
So recently I sleep for long time everyday.
Daily temperature range in Korea is now very big.
It is very easy for people to catch a cold in this weather.
I don't know how the weather is like in your country.

@Kris LVgirl There is hardly any, there is one near my house and I would say that the food is very successful. The owners are Korean, and the kimchi is made by the home owner's mother as it is made in Korea. Like the entire menu, it is not an adaptation.

I used to suffer from insomnia but what help me was listening to white noise. Before I go to sleep, I always have a 8 hour video on featuring gentle rain noises and the screen is black, it sounds weird but honestly it knocks me out within 20 minutes. Maybe you could try that? :) I hope your insomnia disappears soon :)

For the moment the most relaxing thing I do before going to bed is desconnecting from everything (PC, phone, TV) 20 minutes before..and try to think about good moments of the day, and seriously... they' re rare in this historical moment with covid-19 🙄😊
