Keep the extra two egg yolks, brother, and don't throw them so you don't lose baraka ❤ You can put it in a small cup and use it later for frozen meat patties or some other recipe. You're an inspiration, may Allah bless you.

@@programferris1018 Women need workout motivation too, you know. I found it rather inspiring. They're listening to anasheed and are motivating each other. They aren't dressed inappropriately or something. I feel fired up to work out now and I haven't in a while.

Mashallah 🤩 One genuine advice bro. This is a thing I started doing recently al hamdulilaah, always drink water sitting, because firstly it’s sunnah, secondly, scientifically it’s healthier for the body and the muscles especially.

Never drink water while standing because you would suffer from indigestion. If you drink water in a standing position, it can cause ulcers and heartburn. The reason is the liquid that you drink ends up splashing in the esophagus which disturbs the sphincter.

Brother if you don’t like having peanut butter by itself if you blended with cooked oatmeal and honey it’s nice and full of protein. You can add water to it when blended if you don’t want it to be too thick.

I'm watching this because it got recommended to me. I'm not Muslim, I'm Christian but the reason why I watched this was because I was always interested in calisthenics. The calisthenics that you did were very impressive. I enjoyed the video.
