Yeah , I also use soothing methods that my parents used for me as a kid to calm myself down. My parents used to rock me back n forth a lot to calm be down . And now whenever I’m nervous or stressed I just rock myself back n forth & I feel so much better!

I really hate that you went through a traumatic birth experience, I hope Gaia continues to develop well. Also Amanda please consider suing / complaining towards the hospital for what what happened to you, so it doesn’t happen to someone else x
