3rd Day Class is Super and Thank You Sir👍 I greet you all in this wonderful and happiest moment, i'm so happy and joy to be here with you and stand before you. Now i would like to say few words that about my regular activities. I wake up every day in the morning at 5am I go to walk for one hour then, I do some exercise after that I do brush I take bath I read news paper I have my breakfast, then I practice tongue twister sentences I watch news I go to office by 9am I start my activities in the office I have green tea at 10am I have lunch afternoon 1:30pm I attend meetings in the afternoon I complete my activities I return to home evening at 6pm I do exercise for some time I take shower I chit chat with my family members I play with my kids we watch movie, We have dinner at 9pm We go to bed at We have nice sleep😊👍

Thank you sir very nice explanation. I wake up at 4 am everyday. I do meditation for some time daily I finish my mng chores I pray for God. I go to temple every day mng at 7 am I return to home at 8 am then I prepare for breakfast. I have breakfast at 8.30 am. I go to office. Meet my colleagues. We all together discuss about project. We have lunch at 2 pm. We return to home at 8 pm daily. I prepare for dinner chapathi. then I spend with my family members. We all together have dinner at 9 pm daily. Then I walk for 1 hr daily. I have nice sleep at 10 pm.
