Because it's called the enchantment table on Java and enchanting table on bedrock, so both are wrong and both are correct. Edit: three days later and I finally get the joke

Actually, Java wither has 300 HP, whereas Bedrock's has 600 HP. So 300 more HP. I think you must have mistyped.
