Drink hibiscus tea daily and get some nitric oxide gummies or powder. I too battle with high blood pressure. The meds are designed to keep up using them but doesn’t get to the root cause which is our kidneys. Look up kidney detoxification along with the things mentioned above and you’ll see some significant improvement.
