I worked for Amul for 5 years. They're one of the largest dairy company's in the whole world. Please visit their Gandhinagar or the Anand plant. They make cheese using plant enzymes instead of animal enzymes. That's why they call it vegetarian cheese. Also try Amul ice-creams. It's one of the best available in India. All Amul products are very cheap but they maintain very good quality.
