John Ladd, whose family has had a ranch adjoining the U.S.-Mexico border for more than 120 years, says that illegal immigrants are telling him that President Joe Biden’s immigration policy is an invitation for invited them to come.

This type of story is never seen in the mainstream media. Whatever your opinion on immigration, this is a story that needs to be heard. It highlights the pain on both sides of the border.

Imagine how the person you call immigrant feels. They are not immigrants we are. They were forced off of their land and given to us. Now they have a border were they can not see their families.

@@christineperez7562 if they're not born in the US, then they are immigrants but people born in the US are not. Not all migrants who cross the border are Mexican and most of their ancestors never stepped foot in the US.

We moved Native American's off of their land and did not keep peace treatys and land treatys. You forget we started out with only 13 states.

I'm a native Arizonan, but a naturalized Texan. ;-) It's the same story in south Texas. I hunt on a 10,000 acre ranch just east of Brackettville. It's 40 miles north of the border, but on a major migration route, so it sees a lot of traffic. It's the fence cutting that is so problematic. A lot of ranches in south Texas are high-fenced for game, so those fences not easy to climb over. It's much easier just to cut the fence, and then the livestock is out wandering. The ranch has 21 miles of perimeter fencing, much of it over very rough country. Riding that fence is a pack-a-lunch job even if you don't have to stop to make repairs. People have absolutely no idea what is going on along our southern border, but I've got to tell you, it ain't pretty.

I recommend planting AP land mines along the perimeter of your border-fencing and placard it with warning signs. What else can I offer other than I didn't vote for Biden (Nedib). If that is against your morals then maybe plant alot of poison Oak and/or poison Ivy, if it will grow there. Who says you can't plant fatal animal traps everywhere: "I think I have a Coyote problem people!". Also try creating a rattle snake Eco-system along your worst part of property: will need to give up a portion of your property and supply the Eco-System with wild mice for the snakes; then you can use a tax right off for your efforts.

The way it is now not right fir people coming nor or country....about 8 to 10 years back I’d thought I wanted to move in the Big Bend area or somewhere in that area... I couldn’t seem to make situations here work out for that.. and now older and alone I’m glad I didn’t in some ways... I’m in East Texas and many are here too... I believe most of the country is alright with them coming but not like this...they and us will lose... only winners will be the cartels... none of want that... my prayers for the ranches and people near our boarders..

Coming from central and South America they are not natives , no people were native they all came across the ice bridge. When one tribe got stronger they either killed or pushed the weaker tribes out. You are right about one thing Dems are sowing the downfall of our country while we are being reaped. If you think these people are so great why don’t you move to their countries. For what you say, encouraging illegal immigration is like selling a dream that very likely could end up in death and the solution is to sponsor legal immigration with 10,000 while eliminating and discouraging illegal immigration completely. it sounds very reasonable.

If it was me alarms for the houses that go off if anybody disturbs a window or a door they would go off and you can have a staying motion where if anybody breaks into the house it will go off but you can move around in the house that's what we have on our house I feel more protected with it just so I know what's going on

Tbh id just set up congregation points on the ranch just to funnel them away from the important stuff. Give them a way to cross the gates, give them water and a ramada for the sun. They're coming anyway so make life a little easier on yourself and your land and livelihood.

Christine...you should run a few red light and stop signs for awhile and find out that there are rules, laws, reasons for an immigration system. These folks know its wrong to cross yet they do. Number one problem, problem number two is enforcement. None of this is new, it's been an issue for a century or two.
