Just because her and ryan went through something traumatic together doesn't mean she has to be around him 24/7 and not have time for your own fiance. You would get jealous aswell especially when your fiance has more interest in someone else than you. Especially when daniel has gave her 3 chances to come clean about her having feelings for ryan and she keeps lying to his face. Also let's not forget she has kissed ryan twice.
