have you ever gotten your iron/ ferritin levels checked? I have a lot of same symptoms as you, especially the getting anxiety and out of breath so easily when working out and lifting heavy and feeling like i’m going to faint. I got my iron/ferritin checked and it was really low. Now I take iron supplements and it really helps
