I love this tutorial!! But while following along I had one issue. When I click on Union to make all the chickfila logo one solid image to fill in the hand, it just puts black squares where logos are. What am I doing wrong.

How do you know your image has no background when you do the trace bitmap? The images look the same

Hi Paula, for that process you have to have only two layers and the patterned layer goes on the back. Hope this help
