അച്ചാ, ഈ 'പുതിയ ഉടമ്പടി' എന്ന പദത്തെ വിശദമായി ഒന്ന് വ്യാഖാനിച്ച് തരാമോ? ഇതാരും വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നില്ല. ഒരു ഉടമ്പടിഎന്നത് രണ്ടു കൂട്ടർ തമ്മിലെ കരാർ ആണല്ലൊ? അവിടെ അവകാശങ്ങളും കടമകളും ഉണ്ടാവണം. ഇപ്രകാരം ഒരു വിശദീകരണം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
