OMG the New Saltist with the Saltiga Spinning rod would be a magic wand for me...

For me the highlight is the Saltiga surf rods. I'm a slidebaiting guy so it's good to see them build a cannon trigger on the rod but just a pity they didn't have a reel seat in a high mount as another option. I use heat shrink to secure my casting trigger anyway so I might have to look at the 1333XH version which would be lighter than the 14ft6 model which has the longer EVA grip.

Favourite new item is the slidebaiting saltiga!! The bionic finger makes fishing all day easy on the hands, huge cast weight is awesome and 3 piece for convenience! This one is a winner!!

I do like the look of the new Revelry series! I still use (and love) my pale gold Daiwa reel, which is 25+ years old. It is one with the micro-adjustable rear drag knob on the bottom of the reel 😊🎣

My favourite is the TD SOL mg I own a sol III and it is soooo nice definitely going for the 2000 model I would put it with the new Tierra rod (youtube). My favour colour for the Bait Junckies is definitely the grey nomad glow for flathead later in the day. 😀😀😀 my wallet is not going to like me tomorrow. looks awesome cant wait to add some of these lures to my tackle box.

100% the Saltist MQ is the highlights. Will try to pair it with my Demon Blood 962mh for kingy! As for lure, definitely the BaitJunkie 4.2" Minnow in White Magic. As a fan of paddle tail, the white sparkles is the key here, I reckon this'll definitely catch the eye of Kingy, Big flatty and Jewfish.

The 21 Saltiga C is definitely my favourite rod! The new TD Black MQ also looks amazing would love to slay some mangrove jacks one one of those! Lure wise, I love the new demon blood, they will for sure get some good flathead, bream on the 4.2 inch.

I love my Saltist Hyper V2 rod. I've used this thing for everything from bottom bashing for snapper to casting around the fads for dolly's it weighs nearly nothing and handles 40lb braid with ease what a great product Daiwa

As an owner of Caldia 3000, it’s pleasing to see the new 21 coming out. Will definitely give this a shot pair with my TD black rod. The BaitJunkie minnow paddle tail 3’ been quite my fav for bream/flatty.

Td Sol FTW 🙌 hands down the best reel for the buck I have ever owned! Sturdy but refined now especially with the new bail arm design cannot fault & if I were to pair it to a daiwa rod, I would get the Td Tierra & have a Soltierra combo😆.

Favourite lure from tonight would be the double clutch 48. Would be keen to give it a go on the whiting. Think it would be a great addition.

Alway wanted a TD Sol since my mate bought one, silky smooth and the color is great. I have a TD Black 6000 its a work horse so another in the arsenal would be sweet. Bemon Blood looks the goods. Minnows are my go to plastics for everything, but flatties are the best for me to catch.

So glad to see some Australian input going into these reels, built for Australian Fish & Australian conditions, I'm sure they'll be a hit on the Australian market this spring/summer or as soon they are released. White Magic in 4.2 inch looks the goods for Jacks as the weather starts to warm up.
