I, generally, use a ratcheting, interchangeable regular-sized screwdriver for the initial loosening of screws. Here's a link to the brand I use:

Get some additional, varying sizes Flathead and Phillips bits while you're at it.
The adjustable wrenches I use (instead of hex nut wrenches) are Husky, but these (with the red insert) work very well... 6-inch will be used the most:

If you prefer to use hex nut wrenches, I'd recommend angled/offset ones, like these:

Great video. I have a BG60 that is 99% same as the one you did. It was a little rough at first but after some cleaning it got better. doesn't get stuck at all but upon spinning it was not free spinning more than once around like the brakes were on.These things are not as smooth as the newer BG's obviously. Mine shows something weird on the pinion so I might need a new one. Where did you get the pinion gear kit you are using? Thanks

Thanks for watching! If there's a washer under the bearing on the left side of the main gear, try removing one and see how the reel feels. If that doesn't help, it could be the pinion bearing. Not many places to find parts on these, so I would check eBay.

Good one bro , my daiwa bg30 did not worked very well...when switch on the anti reverse .. sometimes its.worked sometime its not worked wonder what cause the problem
