After the Daiwa releases today I can see my bank account suffering greatly. I would love to use these down on the flats at Batemans bay. I know it is the most productive fishery, but I have had some great days with the kids.

Sweet lord. This looks amazing. I think the people have spoken regarding wanting a DC48. Was chattinv to my friend who fishes fresh and salt and he said he can now sell everything else and just use the 3 different DCs. Great job.

Nice review mate. Personally, I reckon (colour dependent) these could be a cracking trout lure. Probably will get a couple and give them a "spotted dog" treatment.

Definitely chasing some Bream, I’m heading to the Glenelg river in October, I can’t wait it’s a pity I can’t head over the border to Nelson at the moment 😢 but my time will come. target species 100% be black bream and possibly pinkies off piles and floating docks in and around Geelong. would also be great to add for a hopefully up and coming trip over to lake tyres in the structure and up in some of the shallow bays there. look like epic lures to add to the ever-growing collection.

Mate what a video ,it has totally blown me away , I think I would be targeting Whitting ,bream and Flathead . I normally fish the Camden - Haven on the north coast, these bad boys will be a killer .

Jealous you've gotten to spend a whole year with those babies!! BUT clearly well deserved too. Bet they'd work a treat around the harbor, especially the little rock outcrops... I'd be going after some bream and flathead for sure!! Would love to win them but more so, keep the epic content coming through!! It's keeping us sane during these tough times. Stay safe!!

Massive news! Only makes sense to innovate on a lure that already works so good. For me I’d love to chase whitting with this weapon in brown suji prawn colour. 👍🏻

Cheers Byron ... saw the Diawa launch last night and got excited about the new Sol reel ... and the new lures ... the Spike and this double clutch look great .. so happy Diawa have gone to this 48 size for the double clutch! I throw a lot of lures for bream .. whiting .. flatties in the rivers here in Ballina .. look forward to getting into them with the newbie Diawa product .. cheers .. thanks again for another great vid. Excellent. Got a collection of hard bodies including double clutches but still have not got a single fish with them. This video is mighty handy and thanks for taking the time to show how to fish them. Hope it makes the difference. Parramatta river chasing anything that bites but i love chasing the bream the most . Lockdown is killing my fishing.. Stay safe

Holy crap when I saw the thumbnail I literally stopped everything and watched, then thought about how much money I will spend on these. The DC is my all time favourite and go too, usually in the 75. That being said, the smaller size will absolutely smash trout and that's what I'll be trying. Goulburn river / Vic lakes on the yak, jigging around the snags 👍👍. Pumped!!!

They look great, nice review. These would work great on the flats nearby, good wide area with mainly sand with patches of weed, about 2 metres deep. Plenty of Bream and whiting to target in the warmer months

More lures to buy, I bought a heap of Infeet Spikes after that video you did on them and couldn’t be happier. I think for me, it’s yellow fin bream and whiting for sure. Flats, shallow edges, shallow rocky areas. The Basin, Port Hacking, Botany Bay, got to be winners in these systems

The Diawa Double Cluth 95mm is my go to lure for bigger Flathead on the flats! I would definitely be throwing the Daiwa Double Clutch 48mm around the flats to chase yellow fin bream and Whiting. Great reveiw and content again 🤙

My “go to” lure for calm early morning sessions on the sand flats and oyster racks. Target species is flathead but bream and whiting can’t resist either. Life like and a smooth action. Highly recommend them.

I like to fish and target bream on the flats, weed and rock in the lower researcher's of the Swan river. The other place I target bream is around the jetties at many of the yacht clubs hear in Perth.

Great review...for me it will be predominately whiting in the tidal creeks sand flats up here in the Coffs Coast creeks .maybe Urunga lagoon aswell.

Id love to throw these at big Brown and Rainbow Trout in Lake Banimboola! The larger sizes in the double clutch range have accounted for a lot of trout but they've always been slightly too big. Cant wait to throw some 48s at them

I would be targeting bream, bass and whiting for sure. I fish the richmond river will definitely be fishing jettys and rock bars for bream and those shallow warm flats for whiting also be going up into the fresh for the bass

I'd use these lures to go for bream on the flats in lake Illawarra, I like the size of the lure as lake Illawarra doesn't have as many giant bream as other lakes. Love ya vids mate,good stuff.

Would love to crank these double clutches along the rock walls and structure in the upper middle harbour, past roseville, it’s the only place I can fish at the moment :(. Hope to snag some bream and silver trevally, an underrated sports fish in my opinion and plenty of them in middle harbour at the moment. Great vid as usual, keen to see what you got up to in NZ

I have a shallow rockwall that runs straight through the middle of a channel that is about 1.5m deep here in Port Stephens, flathead and big bream would be the target with these lures in this location🤙

So good mate! Much the same as shown on your video the place I fish most near home is very similar with broken weed patches and sand, I am a big fan of the presso minnow60f and myself and mrs have encountered some monster whiting using that so I feel this new 48 double clutch is gunna slay!! 💯👌🏼

Definitely would be used chasing yellow fin bream along rock walls and rocky edges in the Newcastle area.

Enjoyed the video mate. I would be targeting just the basic bream and whiting I think, but ultimately I'm happy to catch anything. Would try it at a local creek that I just discovered. Sandy flats near the mouth before it drops off with a bit of rocky structure.

I would fish the flats at hays inlet, brisbane for some bream but i wouldn’t mind a flatty. i would use some scent and change up the speed of my retrieve depending on how many fish are biting.
