@@danielvela0919 I stopped watching because of Skip. I like a couple of the 'new' hosts but skip is more of a moderator now who says bizarre things every other day. His age is really showing too. I don't like watching people when they get to that point.

I actually listened to most of the show. First time and probably the last time. But...I want to tell Skip that I 100% agree with him on his workout regimen. For the past 15 years. I let myself go. I ate junk foods, processed foods, and way too much pork. I never thought about vegetables or fruits. I became very sedentary. Well this year, I said no mas. After receiving disturbing news from my doctor, I have gone full vegan. I began to exercise by distance walking, lifting weights and pretty much eating at home and avoiding restaurants. I've lost 60 lbs and I feel fantastic. The key is....just start and don't stop. Its boring eating the same thing everyday but it's worth it. Your health is very important.

Among the many issues the cowboys have, they don't have a bonafide vocal leader. Parsons has turned into the loudest off the field, and a part timer on the field. Dak is also not a vocal leader
