Sharing with you my summer training and explaining why I am focusing on riding on Motocross tracks. In this episode I am not too satisfied with my lap times but I am happy to see I am improving the control I have over the bike.

Great video as always Manuel! I lost 23 kilos in 6 months by counting calories (108 to 85 kg). It's a bit of work at first as you have to know exactly the calories of everything you put in your mouth which is quite simple really. Of course you should greatly reduce certain foods such as bread, pasta, sugar and fats but there is nothing prohibited. In the begininning you will be hungry but you can eat plenty and as often as you like and you soon get used to it. You can even snack! Just decide how much weight you want to lose and over which period of time and have a little discipline to do the calculations. You will be super surprised that it is a mathematical surety that the kilos will fall off according to your plan. Good luck with the mx training, maybe try to sit down less, that will help improve speed and your physical condition. Saludos, Carlos.

You know how to ride and what is required. Loose a few kilos, get bike fit and the times will come. Are you able to do some local enduro events?

I used it. Great to practice ! Take care as renewal of year licence is made automatically. So if you stop it, ask the guy a few before to cancel subscription, to avoid credit card debt

Beta 430 ??? Beta support ? Pavan made 4th in motomalle. For weight loss, I already lost 12 kg without being hungry... Look at keto fasting. Maybe first day, no more sugar will be strange , but after a few days, it s amazing to see how much energy you get ( no need to be a crazy rigid keto guy, even a light one works... Just check if you are a morning, mid day or evening lunch guy and eat once a day...
