I'd love to work for the team. Audi is so innovative. The first to come up with 4 wheel drive for their rally car back in the 80's and so much since then. Such a great team.

When will we see more battery range for production EVs? Just returned from a nail biting drive from Vancouver BC to Palm Springs California. We could have used another 100 Km of range to make the drive pleasant.

The drivetrain of this rally car is fully electric. We have a petrol engine with an energy converter to load the battery.

When refueling in Rhiad, I saw that the Audi cars do not get normal fuel, but specially mixed fuel from Audi ... So no gasoline or diesel like the others. Why the whole thing? Otherwise, won't the 2.0-liter turbo engine be able to provide the power from normal fuel? Why was no diesel-electric drive installed? What are the total emissions of the car? If you take a closer look, the advantage over a classic drive is that this drive concept can bring more power (torque from zero speed) to the ground when starting off than a classic rally burner and feeds the energy back into the 54kWh battery when braking ... A lot of complexity for a 2.0 ton rally vehicle ... Hopefully it will hold up. In 3 weeks in Germany the mop will be led to believe that you have driven electrically through the desert ... 😏😄
